My prices are at the lower end of the biohazard cleaning industry's fees. I own my own company, Biosafe, and I do my own cleaning alone. Because I do not pay workers' compensation insurance or payroll expences, I can charge less.

Because my business is my most important activity outside of my home, you can trust that I will clean my best.

Homeowner's insurance is welecome and we will begin the claim when asked

Eddie Evans - Flexibility
I have cleaned hundreds of scenes. Homicides, suicides, unattended deaths with decomposition, traumatic injuries and deaths while in the US Army, and more. I clean throughout California and elsewhere as needed. I own my own company, Biosafe, and have no employees. Because I am a solo cleaner, because I do not pay employees, or pay the State for workmen's compensation insurance, my prices are kept lower than most or all of my competition.

No one will work as hard or ensure personalized, quality service the way a hands-on business owner does. An owner has a vested interest in his or her business; an employees interest is much different. You can rest assured that I will clean and re-clean your dwelling or business environment.

Building and Contents - Hygiene
My first steps include containing infectious materials before transporting material. I use over-the-shelf and professional cleaning and disinfecting chemicals and tools.

Every death scene has similarities when fluids remain. These similarities include fatty acids, blood, and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM). After death occurs by a violent act or unattended death and decomposition, the remaining scene requires special cleaning because of fluides and tissue.

Using a fogger is one step toward reducing miasma. Fogging will not destroy the odor in total if it is heavy. Fogging will also allow for some part disinfecting upon solid, or nonporous surfaces.

Disinfecting
Manual sprayers - Disinfecting large areas can be done in a number of ways. For a low budget approach, hand sprayers and garden sprayers are useful, but not desirable. The mist from these sprayers may be harmful.

Fogging
An entire room can be fogged quickly and easily. A fogger reaches hard to reach areas. It will cause the disinfecting solution to reach all exposed surfaces, given the time and solution. It is hard to beat a good fogger with a good solution for disinfecting.

Once fogged, areasa fogged for blood cleanup are wiped down. In this way disinfecting ensures thorough cleaning.
